GSXG Discord Bot Policies

This page covers the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and ownership notice for Discord bots operated by GoldStandardX Gaming, also known as GSXG.

Privacy Policy

GSXG Discord bots may process Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, commands, ticket messages, moderation actions, reports, appeals, staff notes, support history, configuration records, role assignments, event entries, and linked game or community identifiers when needed for support, verification, moderation, access, or community operations.

GSXG uses this information to operate bot commands, ticket systems, moderation tools, support workflows, server automations, role management, event management, player support, verification, community administration, abuse prevention, and security review.

GSXG does not sell bot data. Bot data may be visible to authorized GSXG owners, developers, administrators, moderators, staff members, Discord, hosting providers, or service providers when needed to operate or secure the bots.

GSXG may retain moderation logs, tickets, appeals, staff notes, support history, and security records for as long as needed for community safety, dispute review, legal compliance, technical operations, or historical enforcement records.

Terms of Service

By using GSXG Discord bots, commands, ticket systems, automations, or bot-powered features, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, GSXG community rules, applicable server rules, Discord Terms of Service, and Discord Community Guidelines.

Do not abuse, spam, exploit, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or interfere with GSXG bots or bot systems.
Do not use bots to harass users, bypass moderation, evade bans, impersonate staff, submit false reports, or disrupt community operations.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to bot systems, databases, credentials, hosting, logs, staff-only features, or administrative controls.
GSXG may restrict, suspend, remove, or ban access to bots and community services for abuse, security risks, rule violations, or misuse.

GSXG bots are provided as community tools. Bot features may change, break, go offline, be removed, or be limited at any time. GSXG bots are provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

Ownership and GSXG Rights

GoldStandardX Gaming owns and controls the GSXG Discord bot systems, bot names, bot configurations, command structures, automation workflows, staff tools, moderation systems, ticket structures, server integrations, GSXG branding, GSXG-created content, GSXG-created bot data structures, and all related GSXG community systems.

All GSXG-created bots, systems, settings, workflows, templates, server-side configurations, support processes, moderation tools, and administrative structures are the property of GoldStandardX Gaming unless GSXG states otherwise in writing.

Users, staff, partners, and community members may not copy, resell, claim ownership of, redistribute, clone, rebrand, reverse engineer, or use GSXG bot systems, configurations, branding, workflows, or related materials without written permission from GSXG ownership.

Users keep any rights they already have in their own original messages or submitted content. By submitting content to GSXG bots, tickets, forms, or commands, users give GSXG permission to store, process, display, review, moderate, and use that content as needed for community operations, support, moderation, safety, and records.

Discord, game publishers, hosting providers, and other third-party platforms retain their own rights in their services, trademarks, APIs, and systems. GSXG ownership applies to GSXG-created systems and community operations, not to third-party intellectual property.

Final authority over GSXG Discord bots, bot operations, staff access, configuration, records, permissions, and continued use belongs to GoldStandardX Gaming ownership.
